Why did we create this program?

Prospects who have been referred by you, our valued client and best judge of our quality, will have already heard about our reliable and exceptional services. There is no better way for us to prove our capabilities than to have them told by someone who has experienced first-hand what we can do and how we can provide our service to the best interest for our clients. This is our way of thanking you for your help.

How does this program work?

Our Clients Referral Program's incentive plan is very straightforward: mention us to colleagues, associates, friends, and other businesses!  Bring us new business and when the client hires us for:

1. Their taxes needs, you will get a 20% credit on your tax preparation or, if already filed for you, you will receive a check in the mail once the referred client had submitted payment for services rendered;
2. Any other services, you will get a 20% credit on your next two months of service or we will mail you a check.

To refer a prospective client to A.P. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, LLC you may call us at (203) 815-5045 with the contact information or simply fill out and submit this form and we'll do the rest.

Awarding of Incentives:

• Referral fees are generally awarded within 2 weeks of final payment from the referred client or as a discount at the time services are rendered to our clients;
• There is no limit between the time of the referral and the time the contract is signed. If you make a referral that leads to a contract years later, the fee will still apply;
• A referral fee may be split when multiple parties refer the potential new client;
• Any fees awarded as material payments may be considered taxable income.

In the Event of a Dispute:

If there is any dispute over a fee, A.P. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, LLC will be the sole arbiter, subject to the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Effective Date:

This program has been in effect since January 2009.  A.P. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
